At the AMP Physical Therapy Center we strive to make physical rehab as affordable and accessible as possible. That's why our clinic accepts every major health insurance for physical therapy including Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna,  AmeriHealth, Cigna and United Healthcare. We also accept Medicare insurance for rehabilitation care.

Billing & Payment

Navigating your way through health insurance benefits and coverage can be quite daunting. We are here to assist you through this process. You are ultimately responsible to know your insurance coverage. However, as a courtesy to you, we here at AMP Physical therapy will call your insurance company, verify your benefit coverage, and explain it thoroughly to you.  

With a combined 40 years of insurance experience, we know what questions to ask to make certain that you are covered under your plan. You will not get any “surprise bill balances”, and if you have questions at anytime, you will be able to talk with the experts at our office who know you personally. All of this will be done for you prior to your first visit so that you know your full payment responsibility before starting physical therapy. We are here to assist you through your entire experience with physical therapy.
